Subculture:

maintain at 0.5-1.5 x 10⁶cells/ml; subculture at a 1:2 to 1:3 dilution every 48hours; seed out at ca. 0.5 x 10⁶cells/ml

Incubation:

at 37 °C with 5% CO₂

Doubling time:

ca. 40 hours

Harvest:

grows up to about 2 x 10⁶cells/ml
