BioVector? mND2-0 (also known as MIRJT7i-mND2-0) is a human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line. Originally derived in the laboratory of James Thomson at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, it was generated by reprogramming human foreskin fibroblasts using non-integrating episomal vectors. mND2-0 is a key reference line within the NHLBI Progenitor Cell Biology Consortium (PCBC) collection. Due to its robust pluripotency and well-characterized genomic profile, it is extensively utilized in the generation of complex human organoids (such as cochlear, vestibular, and hair-bearing skin organoids) and large-scale functional genomics studies.
