BioVector? CHLA-90 is a human cell line derived from Neuroblastoma. It was established from a patient who relapsed following intensive induction chemotherapy, surgery, and autologous bone marrow transplantation. CHLA-90 is molecularly significant as it features MYCN gene amplification combined with a TP53 gene mutation. In neuroblastoma research, this "double hit" (MYCN amplification + loss of TP53 function) is associated with high-level drug resistance and poor clinical outcomes. 2. Culture Conditions
Basal Medium: BioVector? IMDM or DMEM/F-12 (1:1).
