BioVector? PLB-985 is a myeloid cell line derived from human Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Upon induction with agents like DMSO or All-Trans Retinoic Acid (ATRA), PLB-985 cells effectively mimic the physiological functions of mature neutrophils, particularly the ability to generate Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS).
