The MUG-CCArl cell line was established by the Medical University of Graz, providing an invaluable in vitro tool for investigating the molecular pathogenesis of this rare malignancy, screening potential targeted therapies (such as those targeting epigenetic regulation or metabolic pathways), and identifying novel biomarkers.
