BioVector? BCWM.1 is a lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma cell line derived from the bone marrow of a patient with Waldenstr?m’s Macroglobulinemia (WM). The cell line features the signature $MYD88^{L265P}$ mutation, which is present in the vast majority of WM patients. As a cornerstone model for studying WM pathophysiology, IgM secretion mechanisms, and evaluating novel targeted therapies such as Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitors, BioVector?
