主要遺傳特征:攜帶 ETV6::RUNX1(TEL::AML1)融合基因,為 t(12;21)(p13;q22) 易位的產(chǎn)物
其他特征:CD34 陽性提示該細(xì)胞系代表較早期的 B 細(xì)胞前體階段;對化療藥物具有特定的敏感性譜

Morphology: Small, round cells growing singly in suspension
Immunophenotype: CD10+, CD19+, CD20+, CD34+, CD38+, HLA-DR+, TdT+; CD3-, CD13-, CD33-, CD45RA+, CD58+
Key Genetic Features: Carries the ETV6::RUNX1 (TEL::AML1) fusion gene resulting from t(12;21)(p13;q22) translocation
