細(xì)胞形態(tài)：類上皮大型細(xì)胞，貼壁呈單層生長(zhǎng)；在高密度下呈現(xiàn)鵝卵石狀排列。
培養(yǎng)基： 90% RPMI 1640 + 10% 熱滅活胎牛血清 (h.i. FBS)。
傳代培養(yǎng)：接種密度約為 1 x 10? 細(xì)胞/80 cm2；待細(xì)胞匯合后，每 2-4 天按 1:2 至 1:3 的比例傳代，使用 Trypsin/EDTA 進(jìn)行消化。
培養(yǎng)環(huán)境： 37 °C，5% CO?。
倍增時(shí)間：約 48-72 小時(shí)。
