The AML14.3D10 cell line is a human hematopoietic myeloid leukemia-derived subclone widely used as a research model for eosinophils. Unlike the parental AML14 line, which is undifferentiated, the 3D10 subclone is a fully differentiated eosinophilic myelocyte.
