Patient History: The donor was a non-smoker.

Morphology: Epithelial-like.

Growth Properties: Adherent.

Biosafety Level: BSL-1.

Base Medium:ATCC-formulated DMEM:F12 Medium (Catalog No. 30-2006).

Complete Growth Medium: The base medium must be supplemented with:

• 5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

• 0.005 mg/mL Insulin.

• 0.01 mg/mL Transferrin.

• 30 nM Sodium selenite.

• 10 nM Hydrocortisone.
