The UOK-120 cell line is a human renal cell carcinoma (RCC) line, derived from a primary papillary renal cell carcinoma in a 30-year-old male. It is particularly notable for carrying a t(X;1)(p11.2;q21.2) translocation that creates a PRCC-TFE3 fusion gene.
