The NTCC? mHypoE-N43/5 cell line (also known as N43/5) is an immortalized embryonic mouse hypothalamic neuron cell line used as an in vitro model for studying hypothalamic function, particularly related to energy balance, metabolism, and neuroendocrine signaling.
