PaKiT03 NTCC?黑飛狐果蝠腎上皮細胞株
NTCC? PaKiT03 cell line is a transformed cell line derived from the black flying fox, Pteropus alecto. It has been used in research to study the innate immune response of bat cells to Hendra virus, and to assess the viability of cells after transfection with Poly I:C.
Immune response: PaKiT03 cells have a strong innate immune response that triggers extrinsic TRAIL apoptosis pathways.
Transfection: PaKiT03 cells have been transfected with varying concentrations of Poly I:C to assess cell viability.
Confocal microscopy: PaKiT03 cells infected with NBV have been visualized under confocal microscopy.
