H8 immortalized human cervical epithelial cell Line永生化人宮頸上皮細(xì)胞株

The H8 cell line is an immortalized HPV16-positive human cervical epithelial cell model. Owing to its unique characteristics, it has great significance in the study of carcinogenesis induced by HPV-16.
H8 cells were cultured in Roswell Park Memorial Institute medium 1640 (NTCC) supplemented with 10% (v/v) fetal bovine serum (NTCC) and 1% antibiotics (100 U/mL penicillin and 100 μg/mL streptomycin) (NTCC) in a 37 °C humidified atmosphere containing 95% air and 5% CO2.
