Fungal grobacterium transformation plasmid, tested in Magnaporthe.Golden-Gate compatible fungal transformation vector carrying Hygromycin Resistance w RFP screening cassette (RFP knocked out by GG reaction, allowing for red-white screening) The RFP is flanked by two BsaI sites. GG reaction leads to the loss of the RFP when the gene is inserted. The RFP is expressed in E. coli, allowing for red-white selection of transformants.
