The pAd/PL-DEST Gateway Vector Kit contains the Gateway-adapted ViraPower adenoviral expression vector, pAd/PL-DEST vector for easy recombination-based cloning and adenoviral-based, transient expression of a target gene in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. The vector allows generation of an adenovirus containing the target gene where expression is driven by a promoter of choice.
